Our practice is of a general commercial and civil nature, with concentration in real estate, business, estate planning, domestic and international tax, general civil and commercial litigation.
Our real estate practice includes representing lenders and borrowers in all types of financing, and the representation of lenders with problem loan work-outs and foreclosures. We represent developers in matters pertaining to land use and control and the organization and sale of subdivisions, planned unit developments, as well as office buildings and shopping centers. We have substantial experience in commercial real estate leasing and matters pertaining to construction. The firm is an agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Our offices have extensive experience in the areas of condominium law, and have represented associations in matters ranging from collection and compliance, claim of lien and mortgage foreclosure, landlord-tenant, and other forms of litigation both in State and Federal Court.
Our business practice includes the formation of corporations, partnerships, joint ventures and filing of all requisite documents in order to qualify those entities to do business. We prepare employment and independent contractor agreements and contracts for professional services. Our practice deals extensively with matters of domestic and international tax and estate planning, including the creation of domestic and offshore corporations.
